                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A
                   CHANGE ORDER (FINAL), CONTRACT FOR
                   CONSTRUCTION OF ROSS' LANDING PARK & PLAZA
                   EXPANSION WEST - CHESTNUT AND RIVERFRONT
                   CORNER, WITH INSITE CONSTRUCTION CO., INC.,
                   WHICH CHANGE ORDER DECREASES THE CONTRACT IN
                   THE AMOUNT OF TWO THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED
                   NINETY SEVEN AND 57/100 DOLLARS ($2,197.57),
                   FOR A FINAL CONTRACT AMOUNT OF ONE HUNDRED
                   FIFTY THOUSAND SIXTY-FOUR AND 43/100 DOLLARS
                   ($150,064.43)
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       execution of a Change Order (Final), relative to contract for
       construction of Ross' Landing Park and Plaza expansion west -
       Chestnut and Riverfront corner with Insite Construction Co., Inc. 

       which change order decreases the contract in the amount of
       $2,197.57, for a final contract amount of $150,064.43.
